Altar Guild operates behind the scenes in a ministry that involves laundering and ironing the altar linens, communion set up and take down, placing flowers and collection plates on the altar, filling altar candles and caring for the communion vessels.

The Greeters meet and greet church members and guests as they enter the church and also distribute worship materials. Please join them as one of our "friendly faces" to extend a warm welcome on Sunday mornings!

The Audio & Visual Tech Team provides tech support for the worship bands as well as running all aspects of preparing the projector and screen during our contemporary service. This support includes balancing all sound during the service, running the live-stream of the church service, and maintaining equipment.

The Cemetery Committee exists to maintain and beautify the Trinity cemetery. They coordinate work groups for spring and fall clean ups. They also establish core groups for overseeing excavation and finishing of burial sites.

The Counters are a team of people who count, sort, and record the weekly offerings.

At various times throughout the year additional office help is needed to prepare bulletins for worship services, assembling newsletters or various other office functions.

The Outreach Committee at Trinity creates and participates in opportunities to represent Trinity in the community. They are the outward facing individuals at Trinity who want to share with the community the love of Christ. 

The Deacons assist church members and guests during our worship service by helping to hand out communion, taking collections, and overseeing the service.

The Usher team assists people in our worship service by handing out bulletins, helping with collection, and general oversight of the service. 

The Readers are responsible for reading the Scripture lessons during the various services of Trinity.

The Building and Grounds Committee takes care of all God  has physically given us here at Trinity. The buildings and grounds and what is in and on them is their responsibility to keep up, repair or beautify. They have a wonderful team of men and women who give of their time and talents to make it all happen!

The Stewardship Committee encourages members to use their time, talents, treasures and spiritual gifts to serve God, the congregation, and the community. 

The Finance Committee takes care of the following: weekly offering and count deposits; scheduling and training counters; annual church and school budget planning; financial reporting; accounting practice updates; banking practice and annual review; annual staff benefit recommendations and review; church treasurer work. They also work with the church and school secretaries on the banking budget; financial matters/annual audit of church and school accounts; manage church and school endowment committees; develop church member memorial plans and oversee church and school leasing contracts.
